Altars of Lilith are unique statues scattered all over the lands of Sanctuary in Diablo 4. Interacting with these statues will improve one of the five stats of your character.
Since every region has dozens of Lilith statues, and some of them are particularly tricky to find, we have curated a list of guides, each of which points to the locations of all Altars of Lilith statues in the game. This guide focuses on all the Altars of Lilith in the Dry Steppes region of the game.
D4 Altars of Lilith Dry Steppes Locations

Dry Steppes is the desert region of the game, full of rugged locales consisting of grasslands, deep canyons, and more. Due to the extreme environments, some of Lilith's statues are more challenging to locate. However, the above screenshot should give an idea about where to start looking.
Praying at an Altar of Lilith will improve one of the five stats of your character. These could be:
- +2 Strength
- +2 Intelligence
- +2 Willpower
- +2 Dexterity
- +8 Maximum Life
Thankfully, these stats boosts will also reflect on your alternate characters, both the existing ones and the ones you create in the future. It's a neat way to quickly power up all your characters.
