The open world of Diablo 4 is brimming with strongholds, dungeons, cellars, and plenty of other points of interest to keep you engaged as you explore every nook and cranny of the game. Lilith's followers have also built up Altars of Lilith all over the map to remind everyone that the mother of Sanctuary is indeed back.
Altars of Lilith aren't just visual points of interest in Diablo 4 but also have significant gameplay value. Interact with them to get stats boosts for your character. Some Altars are particularly challenging to find, which is why we have curated a guide that pinpoints the locations of all Altars of Lilith in the Kehjistan region of Diablo 4.

As mentioned previously, praying at any Altars of Lilith statues in Diablo 4 will increase one of the five stats of your characters. These could be:
- +2 Strength
- +2 Intelligence
- +2 Willpower
- +2 Dexterity
- +8 Maximum Life
However, these stats boosts aren't limited to one character but will reflect among all your existing and future characters. For example, if you pray at any particular Altar of Lilith and get +2 Dexterity on your Sorcerer character, your Barbarian will also get that +2 Dexterity stats boost when you log in. Pretty sweet, right?
