All of the perks included in this build are general perks, meaning they either come by default with The Executioner or can be found in the Bloodweb of all killers without prestiging or reaching level 50.
Whispers will help you find survivors throughout the match, while Jolt will slow down generators and Brutal Strength will help you succeed in chases. Hex: No One Escapes Death will give you the boost you need at the end of the game to kill off any pesky remaining survivors.
Hex Trapper Build
The Trapper does not have a lot of abilities or special attacks to help him out, so Hexes can patch up his weak spots and help him slow down the game enough to earn some hooks. This build focuses on slowing down the game and downing survivors through the use of Hex totems.
