Because card acquisition in Marvel Snap is relatively linear, with every player acquiring every card during their time in the game, the developers at Second Dinner went above and beyond to ensure your account can feel as personalized as possible. This is done through the various cosmetic features littered throughout the game, from different art Variants, titles, icons, and more.
One such cosmetic feature is the plethora of unique card backs that you can use to spruce up your deck. So, if you want to give your deck a fresh coat of paint, you may be wondering how to change card backs in Marvel Snap. Well, look no further because we have the answers you need. Here is how to change card backs in Marvel Snap!
How To Change Card Backs In Marvel Snap
Changing card backs in Marvel Snap is an incredibly simple thing to do. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to change card backs in Marvel Snap:
- Navigate to your Collection.
- Create a new deck or open an existing deck.
- Tap the "Options" button in the top right corner (it should look like three horizontally stacked lines).
- Alongside the "Share" and "Paste" options, you should see an option in the center to change your card back.
- Once in the card back menu, tap on the new card back you want and press "Equip."
- If done correctly, you will have successfully changed your card back!
It should be noted that changing a deck's card back this way will only change the card back for the selected deck. Each deck must have a card back assigned to it if you do not wish to use the default skin. While this is a great way of personalizing each deck with a themed card back, it can get a little monotonous to equip your favorite card back multiple times.
Card backs are typically unlocked via the current Season Pass, rewards caches or reserves, and Ranked rewards for reaching certain milestones. Recently, it was also revealed that a specialized card back would be awarded to all players who reach Infinite rank from now on, giving the most hardcore of players even more incentive to get grinding! This extra bonus will likely differ each Season, so keep updated to know if making the push to Infinite rank will be worth it.
And that's everything you need to know about how to change your card back in Marvel Snap!
