Eggs are one of the many ways that Trainers can acquire a new Pokémon, which they can obtain from spinning Photo Discs, PokéStops, opening Gifts, and defeating Team GO Rocket leaders. By placing them in an Incubator, you’ll need to meet the walking requirement to hatch a Pokémon from the Egg.

The Season of Hidden Gems reshuffles the last rotation to include new Pokémon for you to hatch while walking with your Buddy Pokémon. This guide details the full hatch rotation, including all Incubator and Adventure Sync Egg hatches for the new season in Pokémon GO.

Pokémon GO Egg Rotation (August 2023) – All Adventure Sync Egg Hatches

The new seasonal Egg rotation also includes new Pokémon to hatch from Eggs using the Adventure Sync mode. This mode is quite different from the traditional hatch process as you can toggle a feature that records your walking distance to assist in incubating the Eggs when the game is closed.

The Adventure Sync mode won’t impact the Trainer’s device battery when activated, and you can select the option to receive notifications and weekly fitness reports. These notifications will prompt you when an Egg has hatched and if your Buddy Pokémon locate Candy in the wild.

Let’s take a look at all the Adventure Sync Egg hatchings in August 2023 for Pokémon GO according to notable Pokémon GO source, PokémonGOHub:

  • 5km Adventure Sync Eggs: Cranidos*, Mantyke*, Shieldon*, and Stunfisk*
  • 10km Adventure Sync Eggs: Galarian Yamask*, Goomy, Riolu*, and Rockruff*

This feature is available after reaching Trainer Level 5; you can navigate to the Setting from the Main Menu to enable Adventure Sync. Browse the Settings and look for Adventure Sync, which you can toggle on or off.

The Fitness Report is sent to Trainers every week, which gives them insight into the number of Eggs hatched and the Candy your Buddy Pokémon found. It also provides the total distance walked, the number of steps taken, and Calories burned.
