Diablo 4: Forgive Me Side Quest Guide
To complete the Forgive Me side quest in Diablo 4, you must first unlock it by killing the Elite Julek: Herald of the Woe. This enemy is located inside the Kor Dragan Barracks in Sarkova Pass, in the northernmost part of the Fractured Peaks zone. You don't have to do a complete run of the dungeon; you only have to defeat the Elite Julek, who will drop a Bloodied Note upon his demise. This note will unlock the Forgive Me side quest in Diablo 4 and give you the next objective.
Once you have defeated the Elite Julek and obtained the Bloodied Note, your next objective is to find Roza and deliver the note to them. To do this, fast travel to the Menestad Waypoint west of Kyovashad. Run up and to the left from the waypoint, following the path until it bifurcates. Roza will be standing outside a shop. Interact with Roza, and the dialogue will read, "I found this note from a... Julek." A short animation will play, completing the Forgive Me side quest in Diablo 4. You'll receive 20 Renown, 850 Gold, and 5400 XP as a reward for your efforts.
