We got a close look at Neuvillete in Genshin Impact's "Overture Teaser: The Final Feast," released by HoYoverse before the release of the Genshin Impact 4.0 update. Neuvillete is the Chief Justice of Fontaine and will debut as an NPC in the game; however, he will eventually be released as a playable character. While we don't have any official details, as per the leaks, he will be 5-star, and along with this, some of the details about his kit have also been leaked.

Genshin Impact Neuvillete Release Date
As of now, HoYoverse hasn't announced the official release date for Neuvillete as a playable character, and there aren't any leaks around it either. We will update this page once we get more information about it; however, he will be introduced in the game as a non-playable character on August 16, which is the expected release date for Genshin Impact 4.0 update.
You will be able to pull him from his banner by using Intertwined Fates, and each one of them will cost you 160 Primogems.
Neuvillete's Abilities, Passive Talents, and Constellations
While we don't have information about Neuvillete's abilities, constellations, etc., in detail, leakers have leaked some of the key information about him.
As per a post in Genshin_Impact_Leaks Subreddit, Neuvillete will have two separate on-field/off-field buffs, and to trigger those, he will have to stay on-field/off-field for more than two seconds. He will add HP scaling if he is on-field, and on the other hand, his off-field buff is Enhanced E.
In addition to this, Neuvillette's Ousia/Pneuma alignment differs between on-field and off-field. His ultimate provides interruption resistance and increases DMG % for the on-field character. One of the most exciting things leaked that attracted players is that Neuvillete's horns will glow during normal attacks.
