While Riot Games hasn't announced the release date for Valorant Episode 7 Act 2 officially, it is expected to begin on August 29 around 14:00 PDT, as per the countdown in the battle pass section. The servers will be taken down for maintenance a few hours before the update gets available, and during that period, you will not be able to enter the game or play matches.
In terms of content, we can expect the new duelist to be a part of Valorant Episode 7 Act 2, and the reveal might happen on the Valorant Champions Final Day based on the previous trends that Riot go with.
