Despite developer Blizzard insisting there is "no cow level" in Diablo 4, there are many who simply do not believe the developer and their infamous misdirections! To fuel the conspiracy, or should we say "moospiracy" fires, a Stamina Potion has been found in Diablo 4.

Diablo 4 Stamina Potion & Cow Level Connection
Many believe the inaccessible entrance to the secret cow level in Diablo 4 has already been found in the form of the Forlorn Hovel Cellar in the Scosglen region, as per the image above. With the massive Diablo 4 update 1.1.0, which ushered in the not-so-well-received Season of the Malignant, dataminers have now found a Stamina Potion item!
The Stamina Potion is a throwback to the days of Diablo 2, where, when consumed, it provided the player with infinite stamina for a short period of time. The Stamina feature has, of course, not made its way into either Diablo 3 or Diablo 4, so why has it been found in the game's files?
The reason could be simple; a Stamina Potion might be required as some kind of recipe to open the Secret Cow Level in Diablo 4. At least, that's what many in the "D4 - Not Finding A Cow Level" Discord community believes.
Diablo 4 Stamina Potion Details & How To Get
First up, while the Stamina Potion has been found in Diablo 4's files, it appears the drop is not active. No one has found one, and it is likely impossible to get a drop at the moment. Read the official description of this mysterious item from the datamine below:
What little remains inside of the vial has long since desiccated into powder. The thought of consuming this turns your stomach.
The Diablo 4 Stamina Potion is a "common consumable" with a level requirement of 60. This indicates players will only be able to enter the cow level (if it exists or ever gets released) at Nightmare (World Tier 3) difficulty or above.
The existence of the item does hint at the Secret Cow Level being worked on by Blizzard; the alternative is that the developers are just toying with us. Remember, the truth is out there, and maybe some Hell Bovine as well...
