Destiny 2 is an ever-evolving live-service game with a plethora of in-game activities for players to complete. These activities rotate daily and weekly, giving players more incentive to pursue them and gain new rewards in the process. Not to mention leveling up to reach the new power level cap. Sometimes the weekly reset will mean new storylines and cutscenes to enjoy, but as well as the addition of a new set of weekly challenges to complete. Primarily though, the reset will change the weekly Nightfall Strike, the Raid and Dungeon rotation, various Crucible modes, and several more in-game activities.

What Time Is The Destiny 2 Weekly Reset?
The Destiny 2 weekly reset happens every week on Tuesdays at 10 AM PT/ 1 PM ET/ 5 PM GMT.

Below are the weekly rotations for every activity in Destiny 2 for the game's latest weekly reset on 8 August 2023. The next reset will take place on 15 August 2023 at 10 AM PT/ 1 PM ET/ 5 PM GMT, at which point the page will be updated with the latest details.
What Is The Destiny 2 Nightfall This Week?
This week the Nightfall is FALLEN S.A.B.E.R.
You’ll find the various modifiers below based on what difficulty you choose.
| Nightfall: Hero | |
| Hero Modifiers | Extra Shields Maximum Effective Level 1765 |
| Shielded Foes | You will face combatants with [Arc] Arc, [Solar] Solar, and [Void] Void shields. |
| Champion Foes | You will face [Shield-Piercing] Barrier and [Stagger] Unstoppable Champions. Visit the Character or Mod Customization screen to view your active anti-Champion perks. |
| Arc Threat | 25% increase to incoming Arc damage. |
| Overcharged Weapons | Weapon overcharges from the Seasonal Artifact are active in this activity. Kinetic weapons do increased damage when your subclass element matches an active surge. |
| Arc Surge | 25% bonus to outgoing Arc damage. |
| Void Surge | 25% bonus to outgoing Void damage. |
| Overcharged Machine Gun | 25% bonus to damage for all Machine Guns. |
| Fire Pit | When defeated, Acolytes spawn fire pools that cause damage over time. |
| Galvanized | Combatants have more health and are more difficult to stun. |

| Limited Revives | Limited fireteam revives. Gain additional revives by defeating Champions. |
| Chaff | Radar is disabled. |
What Is The Destiny 2 Nightfall Weapon This Week?
- Powerful (Tier 1) reward: Get 3 points by completing runs. Higher difficulties grant more points.
- Pinnacle reward: Get a Nightfall score of 200k. Since modifiers are fixed, this requires a high-difficulty run.
Weekly Crucible Playlist This Week
- Relentless: Clash - Fight for victory by defeating opponents.
- Party: Scorched - Everyone on both teams has a Scorch Cannon. Be brave.
Vanguard Surge This Week
- Solar Surge
Neomuna Activities This Week
- Stop the Darkness relay from activating and creating a link between the Witness and the Veil.
- Help a Neomuni citizen break through VexNet defenses to upload a virus.
Vex Incursion Zone: Zephyr Concourse
- The Vex are testing CloudArk defenses in this region. Reality fractures as the VexNet bleeds through into Neomuna.
